A Dealer Website That Keeps Evolving
A dealer’s website changes with its product range, service offering and customer questions.
Discuss a Dealer Website

The Working Brief
Key Aviation’s agricultural drone dealer website needed to accommodate a changing product range and the information that accompanies ownership. The documented work covers homepage revisions, service content, store integration and a parts operations page. Product updates also brought requests for contact and location changes, new kit information and customer decision tools.
The client supplied business copy, product details and media. InterSculpt directed website revisions and integration, working with a freelance implementation specialist. The continuing work required returning to material already published as the dealer supplied new information.
The calculator was a distinct collaboration within that work. The client supplied the formulas and later a code package for integration. Its assumptions and calculation logic belonged to the client; InterSculpt’s contribution was the website integration and experience around the tool.
Production Decisions
Products and Ongoing Support
The work extended beyond presenting drone kits. Service copy, an online-store connection and parts information gave the dealer separate places to address purchase and ownership questions. The update history includes a service-page rewrite followed by further service-page design work.
The parts operations page addressed another part of the dealer’s offering. It appeared in the same update record as the store integration and homepage adjustments, making those related additions part of the continuing website scope. Product presentation and support information each required their own content.
Contact and demonstration paths remained part of the public presentation. A customer could arrive looking at a kit or looking for assistance with equipment already owned. The site included destinations for both kinds of inquiry.
Delivery RecordAs of October 5, 2026, the public homepage contained links to products, services, the online store, parts information and contact or demonstration paths.
Client-Owned Calculation Logic
The calculator began with formulas supplied by Key Aviation. The client later supplied a code package for integration in February 2026. This established a clear division of work: the dealer provided the calculation model and package, while InterSculpt connected the tool to the website experience.
An earlier update described an access form leading to a calculator draft. That draft formed part of a broader revision batch that also addressed service content and product information. The tool therefore had a surrounding website experience to consider as well as its calculations.
The client’s contribution remains part of the calculator’s authorship. Website integration can include how a tool is introduced and reached, while its formulas require their own subject-matter owner. Future changes to the calculation assumptions need review by that owner.
Delivery RecordThe source correspondence records client-supplied formulas and the later calculator code package. The October 5 public-site read found a calculator entry point.
Homepage Review and Product Detail
InterSculpt sent a revised homepage for client review with the stated aim of reducing click-throughs and improving the interface. The client responded positively to the interactive homepage. This was design feedback on a reviewed version; it provided a basis for continued iteration.
Later product review was more specific. The client flagged a blurry kit logo and an incorrect product size in a drone presentation. The review also raised likely price changes and requested access to the services preview. Visual direction and factual product review were happening together.
Delivery RecordClient correspondence records the homepage review and the subsequent corrections requested on drone-kit presentation.
Content Supplied in Stages
Key Aviation supplied a new logo and About copy during the earlier website work, along with dealer and customer media for use on its website. Later requests added product-kit changes, revised contact information and parts-ordering research.
The update process continued to depend on client inputs. A subsequent progress report identified FAQ material, product details and photography still awaiting the client. Those items had a different status from completed homepage adjustments and store integration.
This distinction mattered when preparing a release. Available client material could support a specific update while other content remained under review. The ongoing scope followed the information supplied and the corrections made during review.
Delivery RecordThe correspondence distinguishes supplied business and product material, completed update work and content still awaiting client input.
Revisions and Published Releases
InterSculpt’s updates covered both review versions and published changes. A revised homepage was sent for review; the services page was later confirmed live. Store integration and the parts operations page were recorded in the update history.
Each addition extended a particular part of the dealer’s web presence. The continuing relationship allowed further changes as products and service information developed. The record supports that sequence of delivered revisions and published content.
Delivery RecordThe services release was confirmed in client correspondence. The October 5, 2026 source read established the presence of the public entry links.
The Delivered Work
The delivered website work includes homepage and service revisions, store integration and parts information. The client reviewed the homepage and supplied specific corrections as the product presentation developed.
The website brought the dealer’s product offering and ongoing support information into connected destinations. Client-supplied calculator logic and code were part of the integration work, with that contribution kept explicit. Continued updates followed new business copy, product information and review decisions.
Practical Lessons
- Assign an owner to every calculator assumption. Agree how revised inputs will be supplied when products or operating conditions change, and check the calculations separately from the surrounding page.
- Include services and parts in product reviews. Ask whether a kit update changes the supporting information, supplied photography or routes to assistance.
- Review product assets at their intended display size. Ask the dealer to confirm specifications and current prices in the same review, before treating approval of a layout as approval of every product fact.
- Keep a clear distinction between content awaiting the client, a version sent for review and a published revision. Check ordering, calculator results and inquiry delivery directly before reporting a functional outcome.
